- After trying multiple targeting options we understood the end user is not the buyer but the kins/relatives of the affected person. Hence, we tried AI / ML targeting on Facebook with generalised creatives that emphasize more on USPs of the product with different creative type like carousel, video etc.
- We also focused on promoting the testimonials by the customers to add trust among the customers.
