Delivery Overview

  • We started working with Pressto India back in 2020 and we’re still taking care of their website’s SEO (as of July 2024).
  • The mandate of Pressto was to first rank for their brand terms and then a suite of non-branded terms which would bring them into the limelight digitally.
  • Proper SEO implementation on the website resulted into getting them ranked for their brand terms in less than 3 months. Post this, the entire focus was moved to getting them ranked for non branded terms on Google.
  • This was initiated by doing a thorough keyword research of their target terms. Our suggestion was for them to rank for keywords locally within their pin codes first. That way they would be able to generate relevant traction from nearby communities around their stores.
  • The local SEO efforts were complemented by healthy keyword seeding on the website, local schema implementations, listings on local business websites / directories & getting backlinks from local domains
  • Another important peg of the strategy was to work on Google My Business pages of the stores. Thorough GMB optimisation led to receiving calls & store footfalls directly from their website.
  • When they launched their PMU (pick me up) feature, we did SEO optimization for the same as well.

Impact

Comparing the traffic for the month  of June YoY between 2023 & 2024:

  • Total Users: Increased from 13,733 to 25,107, marking an 82.82% growth. This rise indicates a significant increase in the number of individuals visiting our website.
  • New Users: Grew from 13,436 to 25,057, representing an 86.49% increase. This metric highlights the growth in unique individuals visiting our website for the first time.
  • Sessions: Escalated from 18,201 to 33,686, showing an 85.08% increase. This indicates more users initiating interactions on our website.
  • Engaged Sessions: Climbed from 12,737 to 22,794, an increase of 78.96%. This suggests a notable improvement in user interaction and engagement on the website.
  • Impressions: Advanced from 87,200 to 145,000, marking a 66.28% increase. This metric indicates that the website’s pages are being viewed more frequently.
