The organisation aimed to enhance its social media presence exclusively through organic means, focusing on authentic engagement without paid advertising. Being a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative for us, we sought to create impactful content and campaigns that resonated with their audience.
Our team developed a series of campaigns that were both thematic and event-specific. Thematic campaigns focused on broader social issues and awareness, while event promotions highlighted specific activities, such as blood donation drives.
We created impactful visuals to tug at the heart of the viewers while keeping the message simple and direct. To support these campaigns, we also designed a wide range of creative media. This included:
- WhatsApp Stickers: Customized stickers were created to engage users in a more interactive and personal manner.
- Brochures and Flyers: Informative materials were distributed to educate the public about the NGO’s initiatives and upcoming events.
- Banners: Visually striking banners were utilized for both digital and physical spaces to attract attention and spread the message.
- Other Promotional Materials: Additional materials, such as badges and T-shirts, were designed for volunteers to wear during events, further promoting the cause.
Impact
- Within a quarter, the fresh approach to creative content resulted in the organic reach increasing by 43% and a 100% increment in organic engagement.
- This resulted in a significant increase in brand awareness which contributed to higher participation in events like blood donation drives & more.
