  • Keypak is a well known Canadian packaging company known for its quality of products. Their offline distribution network was pretty strong, however, they didn’t have a great online presence.
  • DigiChefs solution was to first build an excellent ecommerce & lead generation platform for them. We did that over the first 3 months of our engagement, care was taken to ensure that all SEO elements were in place right at the development stage.
  • Once the website was live, and SEO fundamentals were implemented, we started with a wholesome SEO strategy preparation. This included several aspects like content strategy, keyword strategy, product placement strategy, offers strategy, backlinks strategy, etc.
  • This exercise was done over 30 days and was repeatedly discussed with the client to ensure we’re all on the same page. The plan of action was then broken down into quarters, then into months & then into weeks.
  • Then began the implementation phase, weekly review meetings were scheduled to see if all actionables are on track on a regular basis. Asana was implemented as the project management tool.
  • The keyword strategy was to only focus on transnational keywords to yield ROI for the client. We were given the free hand in terms of content production to make sure that the word count & keyword density were impressive.
  • On a regular basis, new content was published on collection / category pages too to bring in a freshness factor in the website.
  • The backlinks activity was supported by PR & high quality backlink building activities like discussion platform participations, high quality business listings, guest blog submissions, etc.

Impact

  • An impeccable growth of 110% was recorded in organic users over a 9 month period.
  • Substantial rise in New Users (98.27%) coming to the website in the same time period.
  • Noticeable increase of 51.38% in our organic Goal Completions (conversions).
  • A tremendous increase in the total number of clicks (106.66%) and impressions (239.76%) on the website.
