- Phillips Machine Tools India Pvt. Ltd. joined with us in 2021 with to grow their top line revenues using digital.
- Since they were in a B2B business with niche target audiences, we suggested SEO to them, where we could target highly relevant keywords so that they get only high intent traffic & inquiries through their website.
- From an SEO perspective, we have been working with them since 2021 till date (as on July 2024) and providing them with in-depth SEO solutions. We now even take care of their US business, Subsidiary companies & Education verticals.
- The SEO for this website in particular was a challenging affair, since the competition though low was very actively doing digital, SEO in particular.
- To begin with, we first did a thorough audit of their website from a technical SEO, content, UI/UX & backlinks point of view.
- Basis our learnings a roadmap was created for the next 12 months, broken down into quarters & then into months.
- The first activity undertaken was to ensure that all website pages are indexed properly. We found several issues in the same and thus performed extensive deep diving into the crawl errors, fixed them and got the entire website indexed within the first 30 days.
- Simultaneously, we started with on page fundamentals – all elements like sitemap, robots, schemas, heading tags, etc were sorted out page by page to ensure we clean up the hygiene SEO elements.
- From a backlink standpoint, we did extensive competitor research, figured out the best domains to get links from, then performed outreach campaigns to acquire those backlinks. Along with these activities, some traditional backlinking activities were also done to keep link juice flowing to the website.
- Performing frequent optimizations and changes, writing blogs on trending topics, and creating backlinks on high DA websites had helped in achieving better organic performance
Impact
- 2X improvement in all metrics like sessions, new users, total users over a 12 month period.
- Similarly, 2X improvement was seen in clicks & 3X improvement was seen in impressions over a 12 month period.
- The time on site was increased by 0.5x and bounce rate was reduced over the same duration.
