About the Brand

Founded in 2016, Everest Fleet is India’s largest fleet management company with over 18,500+ vehicles across seven metro cities. In partnership with Uber, Everest provides CNG and EV cars to drivers on a low deposit, along with a dedicated support manager and Uber ID. Backed by a $30M investment from Uber in 2023, Everest Fleet is expanding its CNG and EV fleet to lead India’s shift toward sustainable and profitable urban mobility.

Strategy & Approach

Understanding User Intent Through SERP Analysis

We conducted in-depth research to understand our target audience—drivers actively seeking jobs and individuals looking to earn income through driving but lacking funds to purchase a vehicle. Through comprehensive keyword research and search intent mapping, we identified high-value queries and user pain points.

Based on these insights, we created dedicated landing pages for seven metro cities, each optimized to target city-specific keywords and local search behavior. This hyper-local approach ensured we captured demand across different markets while maintaining relevance to each audience.

We analyzed competitor rankings, search volume trends, and user behavior patterns to build a content strategy that addressed real driver concerns—from earning potential to vehicle rental terms. This research formed the foundation of our entire SEO campaign, ensuring every page we built was aligned with what our target audience was actively searching for.

Building Landing Pages That Convert: UX/UI Design

We designed landing pages with a clear focus on what driver is looking for and conversion optimization. Each page was structured to answer key driver questions and guide them smoothly toward lead submission.

The page layout included essential sections: an About section explaining Everest Fleet’s Uber partnership, strategically placed lead forms, a Benefits section highlighting low deposits and CNG/EV options, driver testimonials for credibility, an FAQ section addressing common concerns, document requirements checklist, and an earning potential calculator.

This comprehensive approach ensured drivers could find all necessary information in one place, reducing friction and increasing lead generation.

SEO Implementation: Content Optimization & Schema Implementation

After completing market analysis and keyword research, we optimized all seven city-specific landing pages with targeted content. We crafted high-CTR titles and meta descriptions that improved click-through rates from search results.

We mapped query-based keywords into the content naturally, which helped increase visibility in both traditional search results and AI-powered search experiences like Google’s AI Overviews (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

Job Listing Schema: We implemented structured data markup for job postings, knowing that ranking for job-related queries would drive significant traffic. This strategy proved highly effective—nearly half of our organic traffic came from job posting search results. The schema markup helped our pages appear in rich snippets and job listing carousels, significantly improving visibility and click-through rates.
