Core Insight and Strategy

OTSIL had the expertise and products but lacked digital visibility due to unclear keyword focus, outdated web design, and missing content depth. Competitors were ranking better simply by addressing these basics. With no strong SEO foundation in place, OTSIL wasn’t reaching the right audience. This revealed a clear gap and a big opportunity to rebuild the website strategically and drive organic growth through targeted, relevant, and well-optimized content.

We started from scratch by analyzing the keywords, pages, and content types were working well for the competition. Instead of just chasing high-volume terms, we focused on intent-driven keywords, including low-search but high-relevance queries. Once the keyword base was ready, we optimized the site design, page structure, and content layout to make it both search-engine and user-friendly.
