Delivery Overview

We executed a detailed performance marketing strategy including:

  • Communication route: We promoted the route of “low sugar” & “less calories” in the product actively to get attention from a younger customer group. Ads were created basis product assortment available to get the audience to experience different flavours.
  • AOV increment using offers: We curated offers that encouraged users to purchase multiple products together. Eg: 20% off above 1500 rs or buy 3 get 1 free, etc.
  • To scale up the campaigns, we broke down audience interests into 8-10 ad groups & communication was personalised depending on the ad group.

Impact

  • We scaled up the campaigns from a media spend of ~ 30K per month to >15L per month.
  • The ROAS was increased from 1X to 4X over a period of 12 months.
  • The AOV was increased from 480 rs to 1000+ in the same time period.
