LinkedIn, the world’s largest professional networking platform since 2003, recently launched a new AI-powered tool i.e., Recruiter 2024 & AI-assisted coaching on LinkedIn Learning that will help the people in hiring and learning processes. Thus this tool is still in the pilot phase, but in the coming 2024 this tool is going to be an aid for HR teams and a new AI coaching feature for LinkedIn Learning.

Recruiter 2024 tool will help the recruiters to shortlist the right candidates based on the natural language, rather than spending hours to find the right person for the job.  This AI will also suggest broadening the candidates search by looking for at different locations, skills, and remote work options.

Along with that there is a new feature which is AI coaching on LinkedIn Learning, this will personalized the guidance and support for the users based on their job role, career goals, & the skills sets. This tool is currently in the testing phase in the domains of leadership and management skills, which will then be expanded to other areas in the coming future.
